Welcome to my corner of the fitness world. I’m a Personal Trainer currently based at Everlast Gyms in Hull, and I’m here to help you smash your fitness goals, whatever they might be. Whether you’re looking to shed a few pounds, build some serious muscle, or just feel fitter and healthier, I’m your guy.
Let’s be honest, fitness can be a bit of a jungle, can’t it? So many conflicting bits of advice, fad diets, and crazy workout routines floating around—how do you even know where to start? That’s where I come in. We’ll kick things off with a chat, just you and me, no pressure, no jargon—just a down-to-earth conversation about what you want to achieve. We’ll figure out where you’re at now, where you want to be, and how we’re going to get you there.
I’m a recently qualified PT, so I’m fresh with the latest knowledge and techniques. But here’s the thing—my passion for fitness isn’t just about hitting the books. I’m also a competing strongman, so I know first-hand what it’s like to push yourself to the limit and beyond. Strength training is my bread and butter, and trust me, there’s nothing like the buzz of lifting something you didn’t think you could. But I’m not just about heavy lifting—whether you’re into strength, cardio, or just getting a bit more active in your daily life, I’m here to support you.
One thing I always say is that fitness isn’t just about how you look; it’s about how you feel. The confidence, the energy, the mental clarity—it’s all part of the package. And the best part? You don’t have to do it alone. I’ll be with you every step of the way, cheering you on, tweaking your plan, and making sure you’re not just working hard, but working smart.
But enough about the gym, let’s talk about life outside of it. When I’m not helping people hit their fitness goals or prepping for my next strongman competition, you’ll probably find me hanging out with my dog. I’m a huge dog lover—nothing beats a good walk with my four-legged mate after a long day of training. Dogs are the best training partners, aren’t they? Always up for an adventure and never complain when you need to blow off some steam.
I believe in balance—work hard, play hard, and make sure to enjoy the little things. That’s why I’m all about creating sustainable fitness routines. I want you to be able to stick with it long-term, not just for a few weeks or months. Whether it’s finding workouts that you actually enjoy, or creating a nutrition plan that doesn’t make you feel like you’re missing out on life, I’m here to make sure your fitness journey is one that fits seamlessly into your life.
